1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Eligibility

By creating an Account, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pedas77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the User cannot verify they meet the minimum age requirement.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is legal in the jurisdiction in which you are located. pedas77 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that they are responsible for understanding their local laws regarding online gambling.

3.3 Restricted Persons. 3.4 One Account Per Person. Each User may maintain only one Account on the Platform. pedas77 may close duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining balance (net of bonuses) to the original Account at its sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access the Services, you must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or mobile number, and any other information requested during registration.

4.2 You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration. Any Account created with inaccurate information may be suspended or closed, and any funds held in such Account may be forfeited at pedas77's discretion.

4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, pedas77 requires you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address. pedas77 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 pedas77 reserves the right to refuse or reject any Account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

5.2 You must notify pedas77 immediately via Live Chat or email support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach relating to your credentials.

5.3 pedas77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.4 pedas77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available at no cost through your Account security settings.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. pedas77 accepts deposits in MYR via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits via e-wallet are processed instantly. Bank FPX transfers typically reflect within the same banking day.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. pedas77 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions. Funds that originate from bonuses must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. pedas77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.

6.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in MYR. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to an equivalent MYR value at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. Cryptocurrency values are subject to market fluctuation and pedas77 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

6.5 pedas77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 pedas77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time the offer is presented to the User.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. 7.3 pedas77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where pedas77 reasonably believes that a User is abusing bonus offers or engaging in any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms.

7.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.

7.5 All bonus offers are subject to any applicable maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active in the Account. Bets exceeding the stated maximum bonus bet amount may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 All games available on the pedas77 Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where individual game rules are more specific.

8.2 All game outcomes on the pedas77 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical card dealing and wheel/dice outcomes captured on live video. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform system.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a live session, pedas77 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, pedas77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the applicable stake amount to the User's Account.

8.4 pedas77 reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted as a result of an obvious error, malfunction, or misquoted odds. Users will be notified and any amounts deducted from their Account in connection with such bets will be refunded.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer and sportsbook markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, whether discovered accidentally or deliberately — any such vulnerability must be reported to pedas77 support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial purpose;
• Using another person's Account or credentials, or sharing your Account credentials with another person;

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the Platform or other Users' experience.

9.2 pedas77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any balance associated with the Account, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. 12. Limitation of Liability

13. Termination and Account Closure

13.1 Closure by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pedas77 via Live Chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to pending withdrawal review) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of applicable withdrawal procedures, including KYC verification.

13.2 Closure by pedas77. pedas77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) pedas77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) pedas77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) the Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
